Franchise Fee - $30,000

Estimated Initial Investment which includes the Franchise Fee -

   Kiosk and Cart Express Models                                            $65,000 to $90,000

   Salon & Day Spa, Medical and all other Specialty Spas            $95,000 to $399,999

The franchisee's initial investment includes the franchise or license fee (see below), professional site selection, complete assistance with interior layout and design, tenant leasehold negotiations, assistance in purchasing equipment, fixtures and opening inventory, help with staffing, initial training for franchisee and manager and continuous support.  We recommend working capital of approximately $100,000 to $125,000 for the first year of operation to cover such things as rent, utilities, payroll and advertising.

Five Day Training Program

Our extensive Five Day Training Program is divided in two segments:

1.	Two to three days of personalized training for the owners and the managers, one month prior to grand opening. This segment covers the development and business operations of a Jon'Ric International Franchise, hiring and employee relations, administration, marketing, advertising, the pricing of services and products, proper inventory levels and much more.
2.	The second segment is geared towards your service staff, those who deliver service and will sell product. It will typically take place a few days prior to grand opening and covers Spa policies & procedures, sales scripts, treatment descriptions and much more. An experienced Jon'Ric International operations manager will assist you during the first few days of operation.
